I’m trying to get an item picked up from At Home in Newnan, Ga. I was told that I had to contact pickup now.com directly. I spoke to Isabella on 1-3-21 at 10:27am. She was extremely rude, continued to talk over me, started screaming at me , and hung on me.

I paid for same day delivery on 12/30/20. My delivery was changed three times I chatted in twice to check the status on the third time I requested to be called by a supervisor. Because at this point I wanted my $95 same day charge refunded but of course I still expect the delivery. Instead of receiving a call from a higher up my order was canceled, when I called upset this morning I spoke with Isabella who stated that’s what I requested and that I spoke with a supervisor. I was never advised that I was speaking with a supervisor and then she disconnected when I requested to be transferred what a joke. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and I’ve never experienced anything like this

I've used them numerous times before with success. Since app has changed and you can only communicate online, things are now terrible. I went online this morning, placed and paid for a pick up and delivery of an auction item that had to be picked up today. I received a confirmation after paying the fee. By 1pm I hadn't heard from the driver, which is odd. I then went back to website and put in a customer service ticket. No response. Ignored. PickUpNow took my money, gave me a confirmation, then disappeared. When you call (good luck finding a phone number) you wait forever, the line gets picked up, you hear breathing, then they hang up on you. Twice. As I missed the 4pm deadline for picking up the auction item, I just forfeited $651.00m plus the $62 PickUpNow fee I prepaid. I'm angry.

Absolutely garbage company! Do not use! Horrible customer service and no one knows what they are doing

The delivery service was supposed to deliver up a large dining table and big cabinet between 3-5pm. They showed up at the furniture company at 5:45pm with a very small truck. They were told it wouldn’t fit and just left. I continued to text to find out if they were sending someone else and at 6:30pm received a call that they couldn’t come now for 3 days. Would NEVER recommend this company.

Ordered same day. Came 4 days later. Rude customer service that just laughed at me. Drivers came and left the cardboard and wrappings in the driveway and didn’t tell us so now it’s wet and covered under the snow.

The delivery man arrived, after being rescheduled twice, and got visibly angry that we had stairs even though that had been communicated during booking. This is during COVID, he refused to put on a mask even though he was coming into our house while I am pregnant. He threw boxes down our stairs, damaging our wall. We politely told him he didn't need to set anything up and could please leave. We contacted customer service, they apologized and promised to send someone else out to set up our crib, which the delivery guy left undone. They didn't call back for 5 days. They sent a text saying a new setup man was scheduled, and then cancelled right before he was supposed to arrive. The delivery was incredibly late, the people were terrifying to let in our home. They never got our crib setup. They didn't do anything to take care of the stress or major amount of wasted time. Super, super strange coming from a company that talks about being "good guys".

Terrible service. No continuity when it comes to communication or responsibility. A failed attempt at Uber-for-deliveries, with all accountability for costumer service thrown out the window. Payed mandatory $95 for delivery service from retailer. Quoted to have product delivered Tuesday. It is now Friday night, and I am still going through a maze of "customer service agents" trying to track down my order. Delivery driver says order is too big to fit in his truck. Retailer claims order has been picked up from their facility. Was hung up on by a PickUpNow agent who claimed no responsibility and refused to connect me with a manager. Once again, zero continuity in communication or responsibility. Everyone is a 3rd party, completely deflecting responsibility to the next person. Terrible, stressful experience overall. As a customer who bought from a retailer, I had no choice as to whom would be responsible for the shipping and delivery. I surely would not have chosen this mismanaged company. All retailers should stop using this service, it is only a bad look.
