Waited 6 hours one day. Asked for a ETA… they couldn’t give me one. We rescheduled. Waited 6 hours the next day with no estimated ETA. Finally just cancelled the order so I could stop wasting my time. I had to initiate all communication. There is no phone number to call to get information. Just chat, which is annoying. Would give them 1 star but the people on chat were actually decent with customer service.

Pickup was not flexible with picking up items from different stores. They did not give us the opportunity to alter the transaction, and were unresponsive. Timing of delivery was also not smooth or well communicated. The delivery crew were nice and professional

This may change tomorrow, but I had ordered a mattress and box springs from Big Lots and had no choice in the delivery company. I was given a Tuesday as the delivery day. I took the day off, took the old bed down, and waited. In the 2nd chat I had with Pickup, the dispatch told Atlantis they hadn't fit my delivery in yet and will notify me when they fit me in. When I explained it was a mattress and box spring, and that I am disabled, took the day off, and need the new set, she told me I may need to reschedule. I had to get firm and tell her it needed to be today or tomorrow and could not change from that as I am w/o a bed and lost work because of it. After seeing reviews that are 72% negative with the same response from Pickup ("Thank you for reaching out about your recent PICKUP experience and providing your feedback. We're always looking to improve and truly appreciate your delivery order. Our Delivery Success Supervisor will be contacting you soon. Thanks."), I am not very happy I had no choice in delivery people. Unfortunately, I didn't have help in picking it up myself. Addendum on 1/13. After yesterday's chat with PICKUP people, I received a call today. They called to say they were not able to do the delivery as per the rescheduled time and they don't know when it will be delivered. "We know we are failing in this area" is what I was told.

Terrible customer service. Waiting over 3 days for manager to contact me to resolve my issue. Ive been corresponding with a rep. via email so says she's been escalating my concerns for manager to contact. Still waiting... Before the guys were leaving I asked if they were putting the bedframe together.  They said no. They weren't aware of it and supposedly called Custome Service but got a voicemail. They said if the company calls them back they will either come back or someone else. They left promptly and I was prepared to give them a tip and bottled waters as they worked hard to bring my furniture in. The spring in one part of my sofa is bulging up not sure how that happened sigh, smh. When I was placing the order I specifically asked if the bedframe will be put together. The representative said yes as long as it's within 15 minutes. She instructed me that the frame should be disassembled when the guys go to pick it up, which I arranged. I'm a first time customer so saw your Company's advertisement when I was making my purchases. Still waiting for bed frame to be assembled.

I paid $244 for same day delivery. I was contacted to advise me that they wouldn’t be able to deliver same day and asked would I like to reschedule for 2 days later. Fine I’ll wait 2 days not that big of a deal. But then the day comes for them to deliver my furniture and they didn’t even pick up my items from the store. I called and told them to cancel the order and to send me a confirmation email that it was cancelled. To add insult to injury they send me a confirmation email saying they will be delivering my items. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they called me the first time to let me know my items wouldn’t be delivered. Other than that save your money

I had a product scratched during transit. I have tried to call the service (like 4x), had emails with pics of the products returned to me. I used the email listed on the receipt & they all came back. The phone message says it will all back in 1business day- nothing. I contacted the store manager, they were the ones who said call the service. But the fact that know one called back. Also, the tipping thing blows!! It’s janky af!
