PICKUP Same Day/Scheduled DeliveryReviews of pickupnow.com

First time delivery and my item was correct and bagged with the paper receipt. Email updates very efficient and delivery completed in the stated time frame. Only suggestion leaving the package inside the outer gate for safety of package receipt. My front yard small gate isn't locked and has a tie down easily unhooked to open it and there are no dogs on property. The package was left about 2 feet from the outside of the gate in the driveway. The walkway inside the gate is also within arm's length to place packages over the top of the gate without opening it. Thank You

My delivery was scheduled for today by 2pm. I get a text stating there was a delay. I call and was told my window is now expanded to 8pm. I got my shipment at 9. The delivery guys were awesome. For the amount of merchandise/weight, this company should have had more than 2 guys deliver. It is real unfortunate that you would mistreat these men this way. They are the only reason I gave 4 stars. They told me they had 2 more stops after me. SMH.

I called in to check on when they thought I was going to receive my furniture. I was that my order had been marked as "urgent". Not sure what it meant. I was given the afternoon time frame. The driver had called me to let me know that he would be there in about an hour. Well 3 hours later he finally shows up at the end of the scheduled day. Something I was not made aware is that they ONLY drop off the furniture and I have to assemble it. Oh...also he was not wearing any mask!

It is a little expensive but the guys were very nice and helpful. Our furniture arrived without a scratch and overall we were very pleased.

This review may change depending on what happens today. I ordered a sofa from Big Lots on 3/3, scheduled same day delivery and paid the delivery fee. My delivery window was 5pm to 9pm. Never showed up, never received a call or anything. Tried reaching out via PickUpNow's online chat and the agent disconnected without saying a word. And still no word on my delivery. Update: Chatted with Rachel via the online chat, was told my item is scheduled for delivery today. Still waiting on a call from the delivery team, will update this again once I have more to add. Support seems helpful, so hopefully I will have my item delivered today. Update 3/5: Finally had the couch delivered after some back and forth with the customer support. Delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Despite all the delays, I’m giving this 4 stars. If you use this service, expect delays but other than that it’s been a good experience.

I used this company through an order from big lots. My items were supposed to be delivered on 2/27 but was rescheduled for 3/2. My time slot was between 2 and 6, as it got closer to 6 and had not heard anything I became concerned and then found horrible reviews about the company. Both big lots and pickup. All I could think is great I will never get my stuff. While I was waiting in queue for customer service, I was watching the clock, and my phone rang and it was someone from pickup. Needless to say I did get my order, it was after 6 but I still got it. The two delivery people were very friendly. Maybe I got lucky, from all the bad reviews I've read and even though my experience with the company was positive, I'm not sure I will use this service again. I am on the fence about it. Very happy that my items were delivered and the people I dealt with were friendly and professional but it seems not many have been as lucky as I.

We had a different company bring our nursery furniture. We paid to have it brought inside the house and when they arrived, they refused (covid🙄 was their excuse.) After reaching out to BuyBuyBaby, they hired these guys to bring our stuff inside. They scheduled us in the next day, but were unable to make it on time (-1star for waiting all day) My experience with delivery companies is that they are ALWAYS overbooked and never on time😅. They made us first priority the next available day we had. They unpackaged everything to check for any damage, brought it inside the bedroom AND assembled the crib!! So thankful for them after our ugly, stressful ordeal with the other company!!

I would say what started as a bad experience turned out to be an great one. The delivery guys were awesome and very professional. Customer service was also great and helped me figure things out.
