If there was on option for 0 stars, I would give it to this company. 12pm today I scheduled a delivery for 4pm-6pm today. They call me at 6:21pm (21 minutes after the store I ordered my dresser from closed) & tell me some absolutely wild lie about why/how they couldn’t get anyone because my “order was in a different region” yet still had my address and the stores address correct. Never use this company.

I wouldn’t even give them a star. They’re terrible! The customer service is terrible. We were rescheduled 3 different times. They lied to us also three times about when our dresser would be delivered!

I would say what started as a bad experience turned out to be an great one. The delivery guys were awesome and very professional. Customer service was also great and helped me figure things out.

This company is a 3rd party delivery service for BigLots in Wappinger falls NY. I would NEVER recommend them in fact BigLots should find another delivery service or they will lose many customers. I ordered a piece of furniture at 9am PAID $95 for SAME DAY delivery. These people NEVER made it on the SAME day. When I finally got through to someone In customer service after a 20 minute holding time she was RUDE & told me someone changed my delivery date to the following day but she couldn’t see who had made that change then offered to cancel my order. These unprofessional people that couldn’t even give the courtesy to call me and tell me my furniture was not going to arrive the same day. If I knew who I was dealing with ahead of time I would have simply rented a $20 Uhaul truck and picked up my own furniture to have it the same day. They do say if you want something done right do it yourself!

Purchased a Christmas tree from BigLots that I was looking forward to setting up. My delivery window was today from 11:00a-1:00p. I tried calling after 12:00p because I hadn't heard from anyone and each option only went to voicemail. I used the chat feature and chatted with a rep who said she could see someone was at the store at 12:20p and they would be contacting me shortly. Perfect - I thought. It's been hours and I have not heard from anyone. After the reading the other reviews I'm guessing I won't be setting up my tree today as I planned, maybe not at all. Third rate service. :( Edit: I called BigLots last night and no one picked up my delivery. So, the first rep LIED to me. Not only did they not communicate with me, they lied when I initiated contact with them. What’s the point of paying for same day service If no one ever receives their delivery on time?

I would give it zero stars if I could. They promised my sofa would be here yesterday and I'm still waiting. They never called me to say it wouldn't be delivered and I can't get through to talk to them. I tried talking to online chat and they couldn't find my order and after they did, told me to call and ended the chat. Beyond frustrating. Stay away.

Terrible customer service. Waiting over 3 days for manager to contact me to resolve my issue. Ive been corresponding with a rep. via email so says she's been escalating my concerns for manager to contact. Still waiting... Before the guys were leaving I asked if they were putting the bedframe together.  They said no. They weren't aware of it and supposedly called Custome Service but got a voicemail. They said if the company calls them back they will either come back or someone else. They left promptly and I was prepared to give them a tip and bottled waters as they worked hard to bring my furniture in. The spring in one part of my sofa is bulging up not sure how that happened sigh, smh. When I was placing the order I specifically asked if the bedframe will be put together. The representative said yes as long as it's within 15 minutes. She instructed me that the frame should be disassembled when the guys go to pick it up, which I arranged. I'm a first time customer so saw your Company's advertisement when I was making my purchases. Still waiting for bed frame to be assembled.

Scheduled a pick up. Had it accepted. An hour before pick up window I get a call that my order needs to be rescheduled as they have no drivers in this area today. And now it will take a week to get my refund as I can't trust that they would have someone tomorrow either. Now I'm struggling to find help moving this because I relied on them. I would never reccomend this company. Edited: I was able to contact someone and they managed to find a delivery to pick up my item. 2 good guys did a phenomenal job and I appreciated everything that happened. I would say that the guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and did a great job.
