I wish I could give this company negative stars. The level of unprofessionalism is unreal. I ordered a mattress from big lots with same day delivery on Friday January 22nd to be delivered the next day between 9am and 9pm. The next afternoon around 2pm I got a text saying I would need to call to reschedule because my order couldn't be delievered. Isabelle at pickup scheduled me for the next day again 9am to 9pm. That day by 8pm still no word. I call the number and I spoke to Jim or Justin, Some "J" name. He told me their delivery windows were a week out because they have a shortage of drivers but promised to have my delivery to me within the next 2 days and get my delivery fee refunded. Monday and Tuesday I hear nothing. By Thursday almost a week after my purchase and a few emails he finally calls me and tells me "they didn't forget about me they are still trying to find a driver" I wait the weekend and hear nothing. I email him today Monday. 10 days after my original order and hear nothing. I text the original number that told me to reschedule and that person tells me that since it's been over PICKUPS 7 day delivery window they are going to have to cancel my order. So i went into big lots tonight and spoke to the associate there. He tells me that the woman from PICKUP has been calling almost daily (as I'm sending emails) telling them to cancel my order!! Starting on the original day my order was supposed to be delivered!!! They were never going to deliver my items and they tried to make it look like it was big lots fault. The associate seemed just as upset with this company like I wasn't the only person going through this with them. If you can avoid using them I would!!

We had a different company bring our nursery furniture. We paid to have it brought inside the house and when they arrived, they refused (covid🙄 was their excuse.) After reaching out to BuyBuyBaby, they hired these guys to bring our stuff inside. They scheduled us in the next day, but were unable to make it on time (-1star for waiting all day) My experience with delivery companies is that they are ALWAYS overbooked and never on time😅. They made us first priority the next available day we had. They unpackaged everything to check for any damage, brought it inside the bedroom AND assembled the crib!! So thankful for them after our ugly, stressful ordeal with the other company!!

Whatever you do, pickup some other company to do your delivery. These jerks were referred to me by HomeGoods. I scheduled them for a pickup today and they no showed and didn't even bother to call me. To make matters worse no one answers the phone so you're stuck with online chat or email support. My scheduled time was 5-7pm. At 6:15 I chatted with the support person (Justin *supposedly) who proceeded to lie to me. I was told they had dispatched a crew to pickup my delivery and that I could expect them in the next hour or so. It's now 8pm and guess what, chatbot Justin now tells me that they aren't going to deliver my item. I waited around most of the afternoon because of this delivery.

I will never used with this company I bought furniture from RH and all furniture arrive with damages They delver large sofa with a pickup van Don’t even used with them I prefer to pay more and get it done professionally

This may change tomorrow, but I had ordered a mattress and box springs from Big Lots and had no choice in the delivery company. I was given a Tuesday as the delivery day. I took the day off, took the old bed down, and waited. In the 2nd chat I had with Pickup, the dispatch told Atlantis they hadn't fit my delivery in yet and will notify me when they fit me in. When I explained it was a mattress and box spring, and that I am disabled, took the day off, and need the new set, she told me I may need to reschedule. I had to get firm and tell her it needed to be today or tomorrow and could not change from that as I am w/o a bed and lost work because of it. After seeing reviews that are 72% negative with the same response from Pickup ("Thank you for reaching out about your recent PICKUP experience and providing your feedback. We're always looking to improve and truly appreciate your delivery order. Our Delivery Success Supervisor will be contacting you soon. Thanks."), I am not very happy I had no choice in delivery people. Unfortunately, I didn't have help in picking it up myself. Addendum on 1/13. After yesterday's chat with PICKUP people, I received a call today. They called to say they were not able to do the delivery as per the rescheduled time and they don't know when it will be delivered. "We know we are failing in this area" is what I was told.

I bought a chaise at home goods for myself for my birthday. I was promised sunday 3-5, then received a notification that they were busy and had to recehdule. IT was rescheduled to tuesday 5-7. it is now tuesday and they did not even notify that they were not coming. I left work early both days and still no delivery AND no explanation. WORST SERVICE EVER. Do not trust any service that no one will talk to you on the phone and there is no documented phone number on the website

This service was amazing and super convenient ! Also it was very easy to do and it went smoothly ! Highly recommend
