Order a radio a week ago and started getting emails asking for pictures and what features I have. Then after emailing back and forth tonight ( which they only seem to respond at night...I'm guessing there in China) ask me if I want to upgrade for an additional $147....no I haven't even received any information about the first one I order for $450. Had to cancel my order... Well see how long to get my money back

Phoenix Automotive did not make it clear that they ship from China. They take your order and your money immediately, but then you as the buyer get bombarded to provide additional information. It is complicated and confusing. After I provided all the information to them, 10 additional days passed with no update from them regarding shipping. I called to cancel and they wanted to email me a form for me to complete. I politely complained about that, and the lady in customer service was kind enough to fill out the cancellation form. I have very little trust in them, so I contacted my bank and contested the charges.

The CS rep argued with me for 2 days insisting that the pictures I provided were not actually of my car. Demanded that I explain why the background was white. As if that is somehow relevant to confirming fitment of the head unit.

Customer service is excellent!!!....Shipping kind of slow so be aware of that before you make your purchase. Products are awesome I have purchased 2 radios...couple of cameras....and a obd plug I'm module for my Rams from them!!

was hung up on by a supervisor named Ralph when asked about the process of compatability testing. He had no knowledge of the process. He then hung up on me. I called back to file a complaint with the customer service representative and she hung up on me before I could speak to a supervisor other than Ralph and now my phone number has been blocked by the company so I can't contact anyone at phoenix automotive. I have filed 2 complaints thus far and will continue to do so because as a paying customer with questions this should never happen.

My Radio had been down and not operational for almost a month spent about 10 hours trying to get it reset. Seemed like an easy operational issue however of the 6 appointments I had it was the same thing I’ll send you a file follow directions on YouTube and got to go bye after a 5 min conversation. However all directions and bideos sent never solved the problem so I was left trying to problem solve by myself and finally I had Gen call me and tell me she would stay on the phone with me until the problem was solved! I finally have my radio back because of Gen’s patience to actually solve the issue. Thank you so much Gen for finally getting my issue solved and actually making sure that Phoenix automotive actually follow true customer service ethics. Thanks Again Gen!!!
