I Like the product but it seem you have to have an engineering degree to get all the kinks worked out. Bought this unit for my 2011 Grand Cherokee, installation is not for beginners. After some banging my head against the steering wheel trying to figure out why there was no sound coming from the unit, I resolved that only to continue with the next issue. Some of the vehicle settings not working. I tolerated that for about 8 months and decided to play my hand with the horrible condescending customer service. They approved a return and they proceeded to tell me i had to program another vehicle type in the unit for the vehicle setting to work...., they were supposed to send my unit back to me instead i got a completely different unit will an all new set of problems. Filling out the return form right now. It should be more plug and play and not so complicated.

I purchased one of there in dash large screen radios with android and apple car play, It's a very good looking unit. It was pretty easy to install and the customer service side was very good. Unfortunately after having the radio installed it only lasted 12 hours, so I was well withing my 30 days to return it. To make a long story short I had to jump through a lot of hoops in order to get a return label sent to me for the return. After 40 emails and phone calls I had to get my credit card company involved for a back charge. Then I finally received a return label after a week of the back and forth and very little response from their end. Now the nightmare is finally over. Buyer beware of doing any business with Phoenix Automotive.

Phoenix Automotive did not make it clear that they ship from China. They take your order and your money immediately, but then you as the buyer get bombarded to provide additional information. It is complicated and confusing. After I provided all the information to them, 10 additional days passed with no update from them regarding shipping. I called to cancel and they wanted to email me a form for me to complete. I politely complained about that, and the lady in customer service was kind enough to fill out the cancellation form. I have very little trust in them, so I contacted my bank and contested the charges.
