Love the unit but they don't work with…
Love the unit but they don't work with you on issues, they text and email responses of they see your concern and are working on it. They utilize a teleconference for tech support out if the Phillipines that are answer and report to china only with no knowledge of the radio. The TV tuner I got malfunctioned from the word go, the TPMS I paid for wasn't included then refunded with no notice. The GPS and roll pitch was defective but corrected, and the list goes on... 3 months trying to get this finalized and everutime ask you to perform silly techniques, for instance, they wanted to verify voltage on TV tuner so I used a fluke 87 and instead asked me to wire up a charging port for my phone to see if it charged my phone... what the.... Frick??? So it's deemed necessary to get a new TV tuner as theirs was fubar out the box so they want me to ship mine to them, they receive then they refurbished or ship a new one... I said like hell send me a new one. Their decision was charge me for a second unit instead so I can avoid pulling my dash for the 38th time!!! My dash clips, I have 7 and 3 are broken from back n forth removal and they could care NONE LESS, my airbag compartment keeps taking a color hit because it's ONLY place to begin popping the bezel and I show them THAT... zero gives a f$%& on their part. In all honesty, if they gave 2 craps about their product, service, reputation etc they'd attempt something that helped the end user who PAID 1300 bucks for THEIR unit... it's a very decent design compared to others in my opinion but NOT worth their lack luster business moto. So much for made in USA products. Now we deal with China for anything. Whole other topic in itself. Good start of a radio but terrible company to deal with... not worth the purchase any longer. So back to factory trash radio because Chinese are afraid to lose a red cent to anyone even if it is their fault. I can gripe for days on how ticked I am with their supposed service and quality. 3 months giving them the benefit of doubt. But today I AM FINISHED!
