Gen was spot on getting my radio working right. I put can us plug in the wrong spot and for there weeks been doing back and forth with the company with the texts trying to resolve. Gen got on the call ran through all the steps and pictures and figured out I was plugged in wrong. Great Job Gen....

Evans was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient and I explained my various different aspects with which I needed help. He was able to solution several and provided a plan on those that he was unable to solve immediately. Would give no stars if I could. My company tried ordering a radio and a customer of ours waited and waited.. radio never showed up. My husband warned me this company is a joke and terrible to deal with and I still gave them a chance. Waiting for a refund but we will see if that ever happens. They need to improve in all areas. Def do not know how to run a company. I see From most reviews I’m not the only person who thinks this company is worthless.
