Ordered and received android 13" unit for my Toyota tundra over a year ago. Immediately had issues with unit not allowing changes to be made with the setup for my vehicle. Submitted ticked to technical support, year later: ticket still not resolved. Getting the typical response "We have received your message and are still working on a response now." They're not working on nothing. Look for a better radio with hopefully better support.

I purchased the 13" vertical screen (Sc7870 6GB RAM / 128GB ROM) for my Ford Expedition for over $700. After a multi-month delivery delay, the unit was installed for approximately 15 months before suffering a severe hardware failure. The top glass screen physically warped and separated from the plastic frame. This structural gap applies uneven pressure on the touch panel, causing constant, uncontrollable "ghost touches", the screen clicks, zooms maps, and manipulates climate controls on its own while driving. I completed all requested technical troubleshooting, including a live session with technician Jinjun and a firmware update, which failed because software cannot fix a physical frame separation. Support representative Nick initially sent me a return link to resolve this, but two days later, support revoked it, claiming it was past the 12-month order date and demanding out-of-pocket repair fees for a manufacturing flaw. Buy with caution—once you pass 12 months, they will not stand behind structural hardware flaws.

I agree with all the negative. This company is absolutely horrible. I was told about 2 weeks to get the unit and took about 6 weeks and it t was absolutely junk. The onions wobbled like they were going to fall off and software sucked. I would highly recommend staying away. They took the return but did not refund me $50 for saying it was scratched and missing a cable. The pictures they’d sent claiming such I could not even see when zooming in. BUYER BEWARE

Terrible!!!! Absolute trash!! If i could give negaive stars, i would.i ordered 2 units that came months aparts but the same order. The first one, i believe they sent the wrong one, but they wo t reapond to me and now im out of the return window. The second unit wont connect properly, and some of the functions dont work. I requested a return last week and they still haven't gotten back to me yet.. Straight trash!!!!. The unit and the grafix look amazing tho, but dont work properly!

Horrible customer service, units made in China and take over a month to be delivered if they ever show up. Dont buy from these scammers!

Just bad… nothing good. Not the lead time, not the tech support, not the quality of sound or build.. This was a major waste of my money.. no joke!! Simply not worth your time or money. Mic never worked Wired CarPlay and Android Auto never worked DSP is a joke. Not even usable.. sound was awful at best..

I do not recommend Phoenix Android Radios. The hardware itself has potential, but the software is full of problems. Instead of creating a stable system, they expect customers to constantly contact support and even pay extra just to make basic features work. This should have been properly programmed into the device from the beginning. First my backup camera stopped working, and now my air conditioning controls don’t work because of software issues. These are essential functions, not optional features. The most frustrating part is their customer support. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the software, they keep telling me to go through more setup steps and pay for additional support. It feels like they expect customers to do all the troubleshooting themselves instead of providing a product that works as advertised. A company selling Android head units should make sure the software is reliable and easy to use. Customers shouldn’t have to keep calling support every time something stops working. I wish that I could do negative stars because I would! I ordered my system from them 25 days ago, sent the photos and information asap and then I have been ghosted ever since! Tried emails and calls for an update and NOTHING! Cannot get a reply back from the emails and cannot get a person on the phone!!! Would STRONGLY discourage anyone from placing an order with these people!!!! Think they are fraudulent!!
