Garbage customer service
We purchased one of their radios for a family members Jeep. The item was a returned item, I believe through Amazon, and then sold as such through an auction. We loved the radio but the Zlink software had been deleted so the CarPlay function doesn't work. I had watched some of the YouTube videos that they post, it mentioned that sometimes this happens, and to contact them for the link to redownload the Zlink software. Well I called them, and the lady who I spoke with kept asking me for an order number. I explained that I didn't purchase this directly through them, but that it was one of their products and offered to provide the product information from the radio. She told me tech support wouldn't help me because I didn't buy it directly from them. I'm not sure why they sell their product through other merchant services if they won't assist with their product unless it's purchased through them. Like I said, I like the product, but the customer service and tech support are horrible. I wouldn't buy this product just for the sole reason that you might spend this money and then end up with an expensive paperweight. I found them on the Better Business Bureau under a different name, but all other info like the address are the same; Phoenix Android Radios. They also have an F on the BBB, and aren’t recognized by them either. You’ll also see that their responses to customers concerns are typically the same as their response to this post. Just do your research before you buy their product. The facts are in the reviews, and when all you see is low ratings and bad reviews wherever you look, probably should consider a different product from a different company.

Based on the information, we determined that the product was not manufactured or sold by us, although it's similar to products we sell. This case is just like if someone buys a used AT&T cell phone somewhere but wants to get tech support from Verizon simply because they have similar product. Would Verizon provide tech support for that person? NO!
