During my interaction with this company. they were very prompt with their responses, as the appropriate questions follow out really what my problem was and corrected it quickly. One part of the set was damaged by a screw hole and was replaced within a week, and the other part needed to be manufactured and was 2 to 3 weeks later that I caught it, but I was informed all along the way, keeping me informed of the process. I got all the parts and everything is put back to originally new. Very pleased.

I purchased 7 piece set through a big box store, when received it one of the boxes was missing parts to 2 chairs. The store referred me to the customer service at Phi Villa. They were very helpful and concerned. But I did have to send them pictures of the parts we received, which I thought was unnecessary as it made me feel like I wasn't being honest with them about the missing parts. But other than that they were quick to solve the problem and they sent 2 chairs out to me quickly. I asked if they wanted me to send the incomplete package of chairs back to them and they said to keep them to use for parts if ever needed. It was a positive experience. They responded within 24 hours of emails to them.

THEY ONLY SENT ME BASE NO UMBRELLA. TOOK MY MONEY AND NOW I CANT REACH THEM

Poor customer service. Bought a patio set and missing stuff to it. Trying to return it and getting the run around. Want a refund.

I purchased a set of outdoor furniture and once I had put it all together, I found that they had sent 6 seat cushions for the couch. It should have been 3 seat cushions and 3 back cushions. The back cushions are a different size than the back cushions. I emailed them with the problem and they responded quickly. They sent the correct cushions to me within a week. I give their customer service an A+.

Do not purchase! They Falsely advertise Waterproof cushions and then when you contact them they continue to deflect by claiming this means water resistant or splash proof. They insult the intelligence of the consumer by ignoring your claims and send useless emails regarding cleaning and storage tips.

I wrote to the company below - their response was to give me a 5% discount. the furniture was pure junk!!! be very cautious when buying from them. very poor quality and not low prices either??? I wish I could post the pics on this site. you would see I am not exxagerating. Hello - I usually do contact companies for things like this, but I bought the attached dining set from your company, for my daughter - I believe it was March of 2022. Please look at the pictures - you can see this set has been deteriorating for some time now. The weaving on the dining table and chairs is unravelling. One chair has completely disintegrated!! They had to throw it away. The cushions are all faded as well as the wood on the chairs. I realize that this is an outdoor set and there would be some weathering - but this is ridiculous! Is there anything your company can do to make this right? It is embarrassing to have guests come over to her house for a cookout and ask them to sit on this furniture. Please let me know what can be done to correct this. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Purchased Brown 9-Piece Wood Patio Outdoor Dining Set With Extendable Table and Wood Chairs With Beige Cushion from Home Depot last April. After one season and being store under cover all winter. Table and chairs fading and cracking. Would not cover because 1 month past the year warranty. When ask for further help with the matter they came back with a 5% discount to purchase another table. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
