The customer service was top notch, the product was not. I would give 5 stars for service, 1 star for product. Bought a patio set and the seat was broken, table was dented. Shipping boxes looked terrible. Replacement seat was fine, replacement table had noticeable scratches and missing paint. I will have to touch it up or risk rust. Unhappy that a new table isn’t in new condition. It doesn’t affect function but it’s dissatisfying. The speed of delivery was great though. 3 stars because they have excellent workers.

Good deal on 4 seater sofa patio set that comes with corner storage box for cushions and tempered glass top coffee table. Price was reduced from $899 to $380. The issues are as follows: they do not tell you up front that you are assembling this, I would have rethought buying. Their assembly manual is done poorly, had to figure out parts. Their seat cushions are not as thick as I would have expected. I can see me replacing these depending on how long they last. I am not sure if this set will last as long as our last Pier 1 set, we will have to see. Their customer service is responsive and answers questions timely. We will have to see how long this set lasts.

After some time dealing with this I have finally receiced my correct cushion covers and I am satisfied with the outcome. Still have to say that customer service was not great but they got the problem fixed. I found three numbers for this company and none of them actually work. All you get is no one is available to take your call leave a message. Email was the only avenus for communicating with the company. The furniture is awesome but only three stars now because of customer service.

The chairs are not as comfortable as they say!!

Ordered 7 piece outdoor dining set. Had the set a month. First time having people over and one of the chairs breaks. Breaks right off at one of the welds. I contact customer support and their solution is, since they don't have that specific piece to in stock to send, they are going to send me a free chair. But because their chairs come packaged in 2, they want me to buy the other chair off them?? Dumbest suggestion to a customer who just had something brand new break. I tell them no, so they offer to refund me the cost of the chair. So now, I'm out a chair in that scenario. Oh but thank god, they reminded me of their Father's Day sale. That should save the day. I'm not sure what value a warranty is if you don't have parts to send people when stuff breaks. "Our products are proved to be popular and long-lasting for outdoor use." Long lasting?? Update - 6/22 - They've ultimately decided to send me a free chair plus the additional one in the box without me having to pay for it. Very happy with the end result and the fact they made good on accommodating me for the complexities on their end.

Purchased Item E02GF093-B and had a defective part - specifically the part that holds the seat to the stand. When I attempted to call them at the service number provided in the box - that number being 8776062818 was continuously busy even though I called during the business hours posted on the card. When I checked their website, there was a different phone number listed for help - 9393004183 - and when I attempted to call that number, I was informed that there are no service agents available at this time and my call was then dropped. Makes me wonder what is going one. I have now attemted to email them and was given a general response message that my message has been received and "is being reviewed by our support staff". The card in the box that says specifically (in caps) - Please do not return the item to retailer. When I did get to a person - they were fast in replying and addressing my needs but I also asked by one representative that I change my rating to 5 stars for the 1 before I even got my replacement part. Another representative immediately told me to disregard that request When I did get the replacement part shortly afterwards I will note that they shipped the part in a box that had smaller dimensions than the part (fortunately the part being replaced was steel and not damaged) - for that reson, I will change my rating from 1 stars (on March 22, 2023) to my current 3 star rating.
