This company stands behind their products. I had a problem with the roof for a portable carport 13X24. They assisted me with info and video for installation. Something was not right with the sewing of the roof panel. They sent me a replacement after several weeks.

I ordered the pop-up over a year ago and there was some damage which I reported. I missed the email from them offering to make it right, and discovered it a year later. I responded then, and even at that late time, they sent a replacement! And it was partially damaged in shipping, so then they sent me some repair/replacement items and a new bag to replace the torn bag. Highly recommend; superior customer service!

Great product. Great customer service.

My tent came with one box heavily damaged from FedEx with several parts missing. I contacted customer service and they sent me everything I needed to complete setting up my tent. Thank you very much!

These folks were most accommodating to a mishap with one swivel/rocking patio chair. Sadly a fire had burnt up a lot of the factory that was going to ship a new set of cushion covers do to the original ones being the wrong color. The delay was inconvenient for me the customer, so they offered a whole new chair with the correct color cushion. That chair arrived within 3 days. There was no charge do to me! Outstanding

I want to highlight the outstanding customer service I received after discovering a damaged component in my fire pit. From the very first message, the team was attentive, kind, and proactive. When the specific replacement part wasn’t available, they didn’t hesitate—they shipped me an entirely new fire pit. Their communication was excellent, with thoughtful follow‑ups and clear updates at every step. It’s rare these days to find a company that handles issues with this level of care and professionalism. What started as a frustrating problem ended with me feeling genuinely impressed and grateful. Highly recommended.

Bought a patio sofa set and had a small issue with one of the sofa cushion covers. Contacted customer services sent photo of the issue and have to say customer service were fantastic. They advised they would send a replacement cover within a few weeks which they did and kept me informed throught. Would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you very much for 5 star service.
