I have been taking the same medication at the same dosage for over 20 years. I thought I would try Amazon pharmacy for this medication since I frequently spend thousands per month with Amazon.com. Amazon pharmacy declined to fill the prescription without contacting me to discuss the history. Back to Walmart.

I have been using PillPak for over a year with no problems . Then Amazon Pharmacy comes along and nothing but problems. Receive an email 5/21 that shipment to start on 5/27 was delayed. Tomorrows 5/27 and received no communications since. This is very serious when customers do not get prescriptions on time. Trying to call and my important call has been waiting 16+ minutes. They have offered to reverse the charges on this package ...What good does free hesrt medicine do if you are dead due to their delay????

Delays, lack of accountability, frustration and disappointment- refuse to ever use again

Beware Amazon pharmacy customers. If Amazon pharmacy gets a defective generic drug that doesn't work on you because the government gives them a 20% wheel room haha. Not only you not get the effectiveness from the generic medicine Amazon will not replace the medicine until your next refill or will they refund your money. I wish I would have stayed with my local pharmacist and they have had such a problem.

Just received my first Amazon Pharmacy delivery, and am VERY pleased with their service. Placed order yesterday, received confirmation that it was reviewed & approved by their pharmacist and shipped just 53 minutes after placing the order. Was delivered 28 hours and 6 minutes after ordering (I love in the boonies so I'm usually the tail end of delivery routes). Packaging was intact and well done- inside prime box was a foil lined paper bag containing two ice packs (that were still cold) and a large ziploc with my med bottles. No manufacturer bottles were sent - receiving manufacturer packaging is a pet peeve of mine - all bottles were of the same size which pleases my twitchy ocd. All meds were correct in medication, dosage and amount (a HUGE problem with my previous pharmacy) and I actually received the MDFSs for my meds! A job very well done. Five brought golden shiny stars for Amazon Pharmacy.

I have many meds and use Amazon Pharmacy for their pill pack service. Unfortunately, they’re the only company who does this. They only allow you to select “prefer” insurance. This leads to issues every month with my insurance and causes me hours of time on the phone. I feel like they have an undue interest in this as it will allow any med to automatically process at an Amazon discount (making them the PBM and allowing them to pocket more money). Smells of massive fraud. It’s a terrible service but I need it for all my meds.

Very poor customer service. Every single month it’s the same problem with insurance and manufacturer’s coupon.

My initial prescription was quick and easy. The refill process was awful. My doctor told me to take 1 to 2 tablets a day, but my written prescription said one a day. So I ran out early and tried to initiate the refill process. Due to it being a controlled substance, Amazon wanted and updated prescription which my doctor did. I put in an order and then it was canceled again. This time they wanted my doctor to authorize an early refill request, which my doctor did. And I put in another order. And that order was canceled. By the time I was able to put in a third order I had run out of my medication. I thought I had been proactive starting this process 10 days before I would run out of medication, but here we are. I am going stop cold turkey, and I will have to ramp up on the medication again. Amazon customer representatives repeatedly blamed this on the insurance rejecting the order, but I did not use insurance, it was Amazon canceling the prescription order each time, despite a note of approval on my account.
