I used amazon pharmacy for the first time this month and was just amazed. I entered all my prescriptions via their website with ease. When I had a question because one of my meds did not have the right dosage on the screen, I called customer service and they were excellent. They found the right dosage for me checked my other prescriptions. They even explained how the whole process works moving my prescriptions from Walgreens. The lady did not end the conversation until she was sure that I had everything the way I wanted it and understood how it all worked. THE BEST PART! When I sent to order my prescriptions yesterday, I sat down at my computer placed my order at 4pm and the medication arrived at my door at 7:55pm, it was raining and the delivery person what sure to place my package in a dry place. I could never have done that with my local pharmacy in that time frame. NEVER! I am so happy that I moved over to Amazon for my prescriptions.

Surly Customer (no)Service rep couldn't help me price a 90-day Rx through my insurance. Or GoodRx. Or using the manufacturer's discount card. He said I would have to transfer my Rx first. When I pointed out that MOST pharmacies will check the price for you, he got snippy and hung up. The kind of service I would expect from someone who just needs my business for yacht fuel. AVOID!

The price for my cream was listed as 19. if transferring a perscription and 46. If no perscription. I transfered my perscription. Price comes up at 46. I call customer service. She was no help. The experience was a total waste of time.

My prescription arrived 5 days late and was unusable once it got here, due to the delay affecting storage conditions. Support refunded my payment ($25 copay) but never refunded my insurances portion. Now I have to pay for the medication AGAIN OUT OF POCKET. Except since my insurance already paid out once, my copay this time is $1,000 instead of the normal $25. For something as critical as medication, this is unacceptable. No proactive fix, no replacement, and no resolution with my insurer. Leaving me to cover a cost that never should have landed on me!! I cannot recommend Amazon Pharmacy for anything.

First Rx fill went great, the next refill was delivered crushed like it was run over by a car, then a 2-day wait for a replacement. The next refill is held up in shipment at a UPS depot 35 miles from our home. We can't get an answer from amazon or ups as to why, or when it will be delivered. We think this was also destroyed in shipment and they don't want to tell us while they send another replacement. They send plastic bottles in padded envelopes.

Amazon Pharmacy lies at the expense of a special needs teen. First they say we need refills. Next, we need prior authorization. Then the app states that the medication is no longer covered by our insurance. Our doctor sends a refill, sends the info for prior authorization to our insurance evens calls Amazon. Amazon tells the office that the patient must call the insurance company. The doctor learns that prior authorization is not needed. Still, my son has no medication. What lie will they tell next? When I called Amazon I was told they could t not find any details to give me. This is not the first problem Amazon has caused. It is the last because we will be returning to Walgreens.

delayed shipment- moving target delivery. if you can't get that right- why should I trust them

I was reluctant to use on online pharmacy after a terrible experience once before. The entire process was excellent/flawless. I'm a Prime member. Excelent Customer Service. Prices are good. Talked with Pharmacist Justin & Carlos, Customer Service. Took just a few hours for delivery. I do Legal Research for a living.
