I have switched my prescriptions to Amazon Pharmacy from Walgreens but the delivery service is atrocious. They just delivered $4000 worth of prescriptions to the mail room and not to my delivery address which includes my unit number (66 in the building) AND THREW THEM ON THE FLOOR LIKE TRASH! Totally unacceptable on multiple accounts!

Gave incorrect price. Then they said they'd fill it. Then they cancelled it. Then I had trouble transferring to a different pharmacy. Terrible experience. Never again. Price went from $5 to $130 to $65 before I even received. Then it never came

Amazon pharmacy is not to be trusted. Placed an order for a medication. Got a weird message that they were having difficulty filling the prescription to check back in a day or two. I called a few days later only to be told that the medication is not in stock and they have no idea if and when it will be back in stock. I looked online and they still listed and are taking orders as if it’s in stock very misleading. I needed my medication and now I’m out and Amazon pharmacy. In my opinion is a scam, I would definitely not recommend it

pretty bad. the prescription got lost in the bowels of the internet. I had to make several calls and amazon they had tried to contact my doc, but hadnt heard back. in fact, doc hadnt been contacted, but called them and was put on hold. Very long waits, very difficult to talk w anyone. If you can get the medication you need anywhere else, do it.

I've spent hours over the past 2 weeks trying to order Mounjaro and find the final price with a coupon. Nobody was able to give me that information until I was fortunate to speak with Yvette on Saturday. She was professional, understanding, patient and kind. She is the only person to explain about Bc/Bs cyber attack affecting my problem and acquisition with the coupon causing an issue. I previously dealt with my insurance, doctor's office, CVS and Amazon pharmacy. She was the only one to take her time and figure it out for me. She deserves to be recognized as one of your exceptional employees. Maybe consider her as a trainer for others. I just can't say enough about how grateful I am for her assistance.

Order lost, no willingness to contact shipper. The took a 90 count prescription and split it up to 3 30s at a higher cost. They don't save you money, time or trouble. Not reliable. Why bother?

I ordered medication from amazon pharmacy. I was expecting to be charged the discounted price from my Prime membership. When I received my meds, I saw I was charged the full retail price which was twice what Walmart pharmacy charges. When I called customer service, I was told there was nothing that could be done.

My experience has been good. My wife, however... they sent her inhaler - that she paid for expedited shipping for - via US Post. They fell into the second great classic blunder. Never go with the US Post Office when death is on the line! (She didn't need it quite that fast, but they don't know that.)
