Can’t for the life of me figure out where all of the negative reviews about Amazon Pharmacy are coming from. At my last doctor visit three months ago, I requested that all future prescriptions be sent to Amazon Pharmacy and have gotten the best and fastest service ever from any brick and mortar pharmacy in town. I have yet to place an order for a prescription in the early AM and not receive it either the same afternoon or following day. I’m constantly kept in the know with emails from them when they receive the order; when it’s filled; when it’s shipped; and when it’s been delivered. I couldn’t be happier with Amazon Pharmacy and so glad that I made the switch.

I love it!! Saving over $40 a month from Kinny drugs. I haven't had the shipping issues others have. Fingers crossed they keep up the great service.

Pharmacy does not accept transfers from CVS, but they don't tell you until you've placed your request, waited for them to deny, and then they finally inform you the truth when you have to call. Beware, don't let them waste your time and health!

Amazon Pharmacy is horrible, worthless customer service and they never deliver things on time.

Was great until they suddenly didn't take Medicaid insurances anymore. No warning. Didn't inform me. I suddenly didn't have the medication I needed.

Just switched to Amazon pharmacy and got my first order filled. They must use very cheap generic pills. They are enormous almost impossible to swallow. Very rough edges and extremely large. They do not take returns so I am stuck with a 90 day supply. Very bad experience

Multiple late deliveries. Customer service does not make any effort to make sure you get medication on time, nor any compensation for delayed deliveries, so I wouldn’t suggest trusting Amazon Pharmacy for any important medication.

I love playing the will they/won’t they send me my medication. 9/10 times they won’t. They put your account on hold, randomly cancel prescriptions, don’t communicate problems with your prescriptions, and overall refuse to assist when you have a problem
