This pharmacy is horrible. I was able to get my rx for the first few months and then the price doubled. I realized they werent applying the manufacturers coupon so i spent hours with CS reps trying to get it processed for them to ultimately tell me that as of April 17th they applied a "automatic amazon discount card" that increased my out of pocket by $450. I tried to get it removed without success. They ultimately told me to transfer it out of Amazon. I did. Now the new pharmacy is waiting on amazon to respond. Amazon tells me they "cannot expedite transfer out" requests. Been without my medicine a month. Avoid!

Way too Buggy
Way too buggy: logged me out every 60 seconds and stopped every process so I had to start over again and again. In order to just get a prescription filled it took DAYS, and in the meantime I got an overwhelming amount of sms messages that were totally misleading. Couldn’t even ever check out, it just went in circles over and over freezing, going blank or logging me out. Not worth the trouble at this stage.
In the meantime I had to change my pharmacy in order to get my medication on time.

Multiple calls to customer service and…
Multiple calls to customer service and days of waiting for Amazon to fix a very simple issue and still no help. I'm organized and value my time and this is frustrating. I'll very likely go back to my prior store pharmacy and not try Amazon Pharmacy again.

Tried to move my prescription from OSCO to Amazon.
Amazon said that they would be able to send Repatha directly to me. I have a coupon directly from Amgen which lowers my cost to $5/month. Amazon will not honor it. Amazon's price is $40. No indication or warning from Amazon about their policy.

Totally messed system
Totally messed "system' I don't know how others use it seriously. Entered my city/state/pharmacy to see no results. So entered just my pharmacy, and the drop-list gave only 10 results in TX and AK. Like what the heck. Messed up. NO THANKS

The absolute worst
The absolute worst. My insurer Horizon Direct Access partnered with Amazon pharmacy for 90 day supply. AP is telling me the Contour Next blood strips, the cheapest of all, is not covered by my insurance, is over the counter, and wants me to pay $360.50 for a 90 day supply, where it is a zero copay and I have literally been on the phone with Amazon, Prime Therapeutics who approves the prescription, my doctor, my insurer Horizon, and this has been going on for a week and a half now. Literally was on the phone with my insurance coverer and Amazon Pharmacy to straighten this out this morning for TWO HOURS, and still deny the claim and want me to pay out of pocket, saying it isn't covered. If you don't have to use them, don't use them; if you're stuck with them, I'm sorry for you. Is it that they totally automated, or that the people you contact are morons? They didn't have notes of the 2 hour phone call - she said - we don't have Prime Therapeutics notes - I replied no, I'm asking about YOUR NOTES, AMAZON's Notes because, certainly, a 2 hour phone call warranted some notes. Nope. Moron. Bye Amazon Pharmacy, you just lost a customer because you are staffed by employees who don't want to do their jobs and can't think. I have nothing but contempt for this company and the past week and a half of nonsense, which of course, has sent my blood sugar skyrocketing from the aggravation. I'll go elsewhere. Thank you.

Sabrina the pharmacist
The worst pharmacy ever. Pharmacist Sabrina is very unprofessional. They question every drug my doctors call in. It constantly infuriates my dr. They even delete prescriptions they feel need to be removed. I’m not talking about narcotics or scheduled drugs either. I’ve never dealt with such obnoxious pharmacists anywhere. She even reported my “attitude” to my physician. The same one whose prescriptions she deleted. She even said she had more education than my doctor. Unbelievable.
