I see several berried cherry shrimp moms were sent again, and I'm grateful. Unfortunately, due to the shipping exception, it seems that most (potentially all) of those eggs were dropped in transit (but the packaging was well insulated and cushioned and these are odd times, so it's not your fault). Potential babies aside, all of the shrimp appear to be alive and well, so I'm grateful!

Over half my order was dead on arrival. They immediately acknowledged this and said they would send more fish. I waited a few days with no update. I emailed and again they said they would send the fish. Waited another few days with no update. I have since inquired more than 10 times by email or text with no response. It has been over a month since my initial order and I cant get anyone to give me a refund or even a response to my inquiries. Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. I think I will need to dispute the charge on my credit card as I cannot get a response emailing/texting every single day.

Ordered last week still have a “preparing for shipment” or whatever status. I ordered discus from discus Hans two days after I ordered this and got it yesterday afternoon already. These loaches are for my girlfriends tanks and she keeps asking why my fish came so fast and asking if I can cancel and we just go to the pet store for them instead and tbh if I don’t hear anything back by Friday I plan on canceling the order.

Failed to respond to all my inquiries about the supposed Juvenile Temensis I ordered. There's no way to confirm if the ones I ordered are true baby Temensis or some mixed hybrids as it is hard to tell apart from some other species when they are young and hasnt replied back to any of my questions regarding their origins. With the lack of willingness to answer about the product questions, my suspicion only grows about the integrity of their products being listed and sold online

I totally understand that these are uncertain times. However, the website and order confirmation have no information on the expectations for the order. As far as I can see the order is “awaiting fulfillment”, but no time frame when to be expected or instructions on how to receive it. Then this survey popped up and I am unsure if the order is even processed or going to be in the near future. I love the website and look forward to getting my little buddies! Might have a different review after, but as of now this is the case. Thank you for the response! I can definitely wait and the information provided helps. I live in an area where We need to know when to expect or we won’t know its there when it arrives. Again, thank u for taking the time!
