Bryan helped my son and I. He answered our questions and helped educate us on the differences between the different plant options. He also helped us purchase a few fish. Although the store was super busy he was very nice and thorough. We got our transaction done really fast and never felt rushed. We will definitely be back.

I was really pleased with my first order from Them. My dwarf chain loaches arrived very healthy and active. I live in the oc area so it’s a given the transit time would be very short. I will definitely order more online. My second order sadly didn’t happen due to them being out of stock. But! Their customer service was really good when I called. They offered a quick refund, but def in exchange I’ll find an excuse to buy more fish. They have quite the selection online. Very impressed. But yeah the gentleman over the phone was quick, friendly and up beat. Very pleased and satisfied with their customer service and quality of the fish I received.

My plants arrived 80% dead after sitting in fulfillment for 7 days before being shipped. Severely disappointed. My fault for ordering around Christmas but recieving dead plants is definitely not my fault.
