So I got three puffers and I wasn’t in town when they arrived and they al survived in the box for a day and a half. It’s been 2 weeks and there still going.

I originally ordered one pink flamingo crypt and one pink panther crypt. They were out of the flamingo crypt, so they offered to substitute in another pink panther and refunded me the difference. Plants arrived quickly and were well packaged (including ice packs). I received two cups of the pink flamingo cultures and I split them into six plants. I probably could have gotten more plants out of them, but I wanted to have them a little more substantial to start. I would order from here again!

Had a baby black arrowanna sent all the way to new York and it made it here fast and in great shape .it's been a week and all good with the new addition to my tank ..many thanks and will purchase from them again even from the other side of the country !

I order fish that were compatible and in stock. When it came time to ship I got text messages saving that they didn’t have the ones in stock. They offered to substitute fish of less cost. They even told me that these fish were rare but I pointed out that their were $70 less than what I ordered. I thought they were going to ship the fish they had and send the other fish later. I called and found out that nothing had been shipped and they were waiting for the fish to come in. Every time I talked to someone I was told a different thing. It’s been almost two weeks from ordering I have no fish and I am not sure when anything is coming.

Arrived healthy, happy and active. I have ordered twice from them.

Ordered 4 ebjds they came fast and healthy. They are doing well and I was recommended to get these fish from you guys.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Do not purchase from Pet Zone Tropical Fish 4160 Convoy St. San Diego, CA 92111. Big rip off and dead fish. I placed an order a total of 12 algae eaters and these showed a bit larger in size in the photos. First off the shipping and handling to Oregon was over $50 dollars but since I needed them urgently I bit the bullet and paid but when the very tiny tiny fish came 4 were dead and they gave no extras in case this happened. When I called and offered pictures I was told I would get in store credit as they can not offer a refund, asked about them replacing the ones that died yes but I would have to pay for the shipping and handling. Go elsewhere and get your fish as these people will rip you off. I will be looking elsewhere for decent alive fish.
