Pettable Went Above and Beyond
I am so grateful for Pettable! I have six cats and was recently faced with an urgent moving situation; as a renter, it is impossible to find anyplace that will allow six "pet" cats. I have been diagnosed with depression for years, along with ADHD and insomnia, but being forced to rehome any of my cats - many of whom have special needs - would absolutely break me. My primary care physician's office, to my dismay, has an office-wide policy against writing ESA letters, and mental health counseling/psychiatry availability in my area is abysmal. I was able to schedule an appointment with Pettable just the day after registering, and was able to put enough detail into my questionnaire that a phone consult wasn't necessary. While the LMHP said they are really only authorized to write letters for up to three ESAs, she would write one for six and one for three. The property management company for my new apartment did, in fact, allow me to move in with six ESAs. My cats are my family, and I cannot thank Pettable enough for helping to keep my family together.

DO NOT USE THEM!!
DO NOT USE THEM!!! I was ghosted by my own professional for the first meeting and then got a call 6 hours later without any apology or excuse. He also has NEVER responded to any of my messages before. Spend the extra money and find a company who has the decency to respond. I wish I could give them a zero.

Very Understanding and Knowledgeable
Loved how easy Pettable.com made the process for applying for Emotional Support status for my cats. Easy to apply for an appointment and the therapist was very knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend Pettable to anyone that needs help with getting their pets deemed as Emotion Support Animals... which they truly are!
