My experience with Aubrey through Pettable was absolutely perfect. She was very professional, helpful and was on time for our appointments, not a minute early and not a minute late. I felt very comfortable talking with her and she made my experience very pleasant. The letter she wrote me allowed me to have my doggy with me at my new place. Very please with the experience overall.

I am so grateful for Pettable.com and…
I am so grateful for Pettable.com and Heather I am in a dark place and the thought of losing my 3 cats due to rules (all places I found to rent have a 2 pet limit) was destroying me inside. Now I can focus on getting the help I need. I highly recommend Pettable.com and will use them again.

Amazing experience
On Thursday September 8th 2022 I had an appointment over the phone with Bolutife Dosumu. She called me early even to do our meeting which was very professional, most Doctors and therapist's are barley even on time to the appointment that is scheduled or are late. She also was extremely professional. It was overall a great experience.

Dr. Caitlin McGowan - 5 STARS!
I spoke with Dr. Caitlin McGowan and she was absolutely wonderful, kind, and understanding of my ESA needs. She made the entire process comfortable and really cared about my situation. I was required by my apartment building's management company to obtain an ESA letter if I wanted to add a dog to my lease. NYC management companies can be extremely strict but once I presented the letter that Caitlin had thoughtful composed I was able to add my ESA dog to my lease with no additional security deposit, pet fees, or rent increase. Thank you so much Caitlin McGowan for helping me through what could've been an extremely stressful situation.
