Horrible customer service and major confusion. ANGRY
I was under the impression that everything would be squared away for my new landlord. Why did I pay so much money, only to have Kya Miller talk to me like a dog and tell me I owe more money. For what?? I was told I had to fill out a form, and then she had attitude with me when I had questions. Turns out there is no form I have to fill out, and I just owe more money instead. I cannot express how much stress and anxiety this entire process has brought on when I have had 4 houses taken from me all due to a process that takes too long. No one explained to me how this all should work, and instead of being helpful, Kya was condescending and disrespectful. Mind you, my original evaluation call was scheduled for 8:45 pm one day, and she called me already irritated that I was unable to do the appointment 3 hours before that. Why else would I schedule the appointment for that time if I could do earlier?? Her customer service was appalling, coming from someone who actually works in customer service. How can you not explain anything, and then get so frustrated and rude when it confuses the life out of me. I will never use this company again. I want my money back.
