There is no guidance here
There is no guidance here. I could've gotten a better letter from my primary care Doctor for free. Plus, no other steps or recommendations how to get a dog for what you need it for. Absolutely dissatisfied.

The contractor hired for my evaluation..…
The contractor hired for my evaluation went to great lengths to separate themselves from your organization. I find that to be highly unprofessional. I believe the fact that I brought this to the contractor’s attention may have expedited my approval to the point that they declined my evaluation and approved my application. I’m not sure how I feel about it, honestly. I'm approved and I guess that's all that matters.

Company failed to update me regarding…
Company failed to update me regarding what was going on with my account. Charges were appearing unexpectedly and without any context. I had to reach out to support multiple times to get a clear understanding of what was going on and my healthcare provider also failed to keep me updated and informed regarding my paperwork and information. My health didn’t seem to be prioritized so I will never go through this company again.
