I would give zero stars if I could.
I would give zero stars if I could. As someone who has worked with several therapists in my life time and know what makes a good therapist I can truly say Stephanie White is the worst professional I have ever encountered. Firstly she calls me 3 times from a blocked number, I did not know it was her, and then texts 4 times demanding I answer her call. This was not our scheduled time to meet, it was a day early. She then starts asking me very personal questions and I said that this was not my understanding of how the call would go and that I thought it was to understand my diagnosis and how that is related to me needing an ESA. I told her I was in treatment several years ago and she went on to ask the details of every treatment place I had been in. She then SCREAMED at me to stop talking when I was answering the question she just asked. I then wrote to pettable asking to speak to someone else because I know 100% I qualify for an ESA and they responded saying they will give me a refund. I don't want a refund, I want a letter stating I have an ESA, because my mental state is such that my ESA is a huge help to me. I have been in tears all day, and I have also read other horrific reviews about Stephanie. I hope eventually Pettable will take this seriously and remove her from being one of the therapists. She is truly awful, that was traumatizing.

Great conversation with the therapist she was understanding well spoken and seemed genuinely concerned about my issues. 100% recommend this to anyone having issues that need just a little assistance.
