Bottled up emotions is not good. This is just the beginning, the start to getting some help. The start of a new beginning.
Stephanie has helped me with questions she asked. She first asked me how am I doing? I said nervous to talk. I've never gone to a therapist about my struggles. So she made me feel reassuring. I am very grateful. I did think it it was going to be a real session. I think its a sign to find one here in AZ in person. I have a lot of grief, guilt, lonliness. Depression, built up inside me that I don't let out. It's very hard to talk about when I went into that state. It's the worst feeling ever. But one of the questionnaires was. What made me decide to get pettable? I said that I have been avoiding getting an esa letter. I've been hiding my pet in apartments to avoid speaking to someone about my issues. I didn't know at the time about speaking to a professional about the problems I have. Scared to speak to stranger. So it may not be a fully session but I seriously need to speak with one on one. Its a sign. So thank you pettable for this start. I found you guys everywhere on social media. People recommending you. I kept avoiding to get it. But I need to let everything out. And I thank you for that. Stephanie is very gentle even though they were yes an no questions it was tough for me. But she reassured me and I was a bit calm. She's the best, I was very blessed. Thank you ♥️🥺 I need to look into getting some help, not keep everything bottled up inside. So this is just the beginning.
