Pettable is worth every penny.
I was nervous about using Pettable because of all the ESA scams, but they are legit. They matched me with a therapist, who was very nice to me and understanding of the tumult in my life. I got my letter the same day. I did double check the license information of the therapist and they are indeed licensed to practice in my state. My dogs are my babies, and are one of the few reasons I am holding onto life right now. To the gatekeepers out there, not everybody can afford/or is able to see there PCP or therapist regularly. Some insurances dont even cover ESA letters. Pettable is an essential service to those of us who do not have access to a PCP or a therapist. Although the price may seem a little steep at first the peace of mind is worth it.

Straightforward experience!
Straightforward experience! The website is easy to use, there was a brief questionnaire to complete, and I was able to meet with a mental health professional quickly. Our conversation went well, and my landlord accepted the letter I received.

Done in a very timely manner (which was helpful). There was no run around with the therapist assisting me. She told me what the deal was and we got everything settled. Make sure you thoroughly fill out the questions. This will make it all way easier and quite speedy.
