had to go through support to get letter almost 48 hours after I was supposed to
The provider I saw said she would get me the letter in 24 hours. Over a day or so later I reached out to follow up about the letter in the provider chat but I got no response. 3 days later I reached out to support who had to email her to ask about the status of the letter, where the provider said if I was just now reaching out then it hasn’t been 24 hours yet which made no sense to me. I was in a vulnerable housing situation and it was made more stressful by the provider. I eventually got the letter but I had to follow up multiple times for it.
