Will charge you for wasted time but doesn't care if they waste yours
Set up an appointment with pettable for today and schedule time out to have them call. Waited the entire allotted time with no calls. I messaged pettable (you can't call) and they got ahold of the provider who said they called and left multiple messages. Which I got none of. So on the chat feature,they stated would wavie the reschedule fee for me. Except I didn't miss the appointment. So I can waste more of my day waiting for them but if they wait for me they charge. The provider was able to respond instantly to the email sent to them from pettable and responded after that to the message I sent them through the app but not message me there they were trying to get ahold of me and there maybe an issue. So slightly scammy, they want that reschedule fee. I have been searching for a pet the last few weeks too and have had no problem with people getting a hold of me that I don't know to talk about dog adoption but now the provider can't get ahold of me. Seems like a scam

Real providers! Quick and Simple!
They use real providers. It was a quick and simple process. I was able to get my ESA fast and had no issues getting my dog approved at my new apartment. If extra verification is needed, while it does cost a little extra, the response time was quick.

Pettable made it for me to make my cat and ESA. The therapist really took the time to listen to me and explain things. This is a legitimate place that will provide you with a letter and all legally required info on the letter given they see you are a fit. I highly recommend

Honest and Ethical
My dog was recently approved as an ESA through Pettable and the experience was seamless and above board.
