I was pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised. I gave some medical history, talked to a psychologist who was very professional and caring. I didn’t feel rushed, we spoke about 30 minutes and my ESA letter was prepared and sent to me shortly after. I submitted my ESA letter to a property management company I am working with, no issues what so ever. Seamless service! Very satisfied! Pet table remains available for any questions I may have or any other documentation that may be needed. Thank you Pettable!

PSD Training
I thought that the point of completing the PSD training was so that your dog could be deemed as trained. My therapist said I met with her too soon and that training takes months to years to be a reliable command so she could not write in the letter that my dog was “trained”. I understand her point of view and why she couldnt say my dog was trained I just wish pettable would have told me that I needed to wait a few months after my training before meeting with a therapist for the letter. However, pettable customer service is great and they granted me a credit to use for a few months from now so that the therapist at that time will feel more confident the training is a "consistent skill". Pettable says they are looking into how to prevent this in the future so hopefully they let other users know!
