My experience was far less than…
My experience was far less than stellar. I spent a total of $240 for the PSD course as well as 2 sessions with a therapist. During the 1st session I tried to explain my ongoing issues, what I was experiencing with my HOA and what they were asking for in terms of the letter. The therapist barely let me get a word in edgewise and was constantly interrupting me telling me well the last 2 people I have dealt with ended up getting a lawyer so you better get the training and make it more rock solid. I paid the extra and spent about a week doing the course (imo this isn’t anywhere close to being worth $100). The second session she didn’t remember anything about the firt session and when I tried to tell her she kept saying yep yep yep and talking over me but said she would provide a letter. It was a completely unprofessional form letter and there is no way I can submit that to my HOA, their attorney is going to laugh me out of the office. The whole process was unprofessional from start to finish and was a complete waste of $240x
