My experience with Pettable was great!
My experience with Pettable was great! The process was very straightforward and simple to navigate through, and I received my Letter of recommendation through the express service well before the stated turnaround deadline given. Would absolutely recommend Pettable to anyone needing documentation/referrals for an ESA in regards to housing!

The first interaction with Jennifer was…
The first interaction with Jennifer was great. However she is very unresponsive. I have sent a message asking her the sent the ESA letter directly to my leasing office as they said they couldn’t accept it unless it’s coming directly from a doctor. It’s been a week and no reply from Jennifer. I contacted customer service and ask them to reach out to her but still no response. I am highly disappointed and will be beyond upset if I have to use another service just because you guys couldn’t send an email. I do not plan on using Pettable in the future and i will not be referring it to my colleagues. Very disappointing

Great service!
Fast and easy and good price! Pettable saved me the anxiety of not having anywhere for me and my cat to go. My cat is sometimes the only stable thing in my life, and not being able to have her would be extremely hard for me to handle. I truly appreciate you all and what you do!

It was a great and easy process…
It was a great and easy process involving very personal issues and medical history. I was treated with respect, honesty and feel like I made the best choice. Having been verbally attacked, I found a company with compassion that cares.
