Not too professional.
What isn't as explicitly stated up-front is that they intentionally date their documents to expire after one year, so you need to pay again to renew them. Additionally, most apartments, like mine, require a specific form to be filled out, which they will not do for free- it is an additional fee that isn't terribly cheap and they were not up-front about this either. I had problems getting the professional contractor they used to actually fill the form out completely. Every time I sent it back asking for her to complete some bit of information, she either claimed it was my job to fill out (stuff like her information) or that she was too busy and wasn't paid well enough to be bothered to complete the form properly and that I needed to pay again to have the forms actually completed correctly. Eventually I pushed back enough to get the form I needed filled out adequately.
