They claim on their website that “we are passionate about the well-being and happiness of your furry companions.” That’s until your product breaks after just a few months, and then they couldn’t care less. They will however make you jump through many hoops in the process. Buyer beware!

Re FRESH ELEMENT SOLO feeder. It looks great however the user manual is NOT useable at all so you are left with guessing how to make it work to feed your pet. It is a nightmare to use. So forget automatically feeder is a manual machine

I have been using this puramax for a few weeks and the results have shocked me. Not only does it help me track my pet's toilet habits, but it can also alert me to potential health issues before they become serious. it's like a guardian angel to care for my babies 24 /7 and l can't imagine my life without it.

Bought a cat litter PURA X from Amazon in December at cost of 500£. Turns out the litter is faulty as the filter doesn’t scoop the litter waste. The customer service team investigated the matter (I provided video of the machine in action) and confirmed the faulty. According to them, they were unable to give me the refund as 28days were passed. They offered me a replacement of a NEW machine. I settled for that. Upon a wait a parcel was delivered but the machine they sent me was not new: all the safety stickers and labels were ripped off and the cat litter was DIRTY. This was reported to the customer service immediately and the response I had back was “would you test the machine we sent you and use it if it works?”. The item I bought is still under warranty and they sent me an USED and FILTHY replacement. I was disgusted and appalled by the fact they even asked me to keep the replacement and to settle with that. I sent a complaint asked for a follow up: full refund at this time. I had no answers. I would strongly recommend you to keep away from this money and time wasters.

The company includes a User Manual that is not a user manual but rather a 54 page booklet that gives nothing more than qr codes in about fifty languages but no instructions on use. Also, the description of the product Does Not mentio that no electrical plug is included but rather the product comes ONLY with a USB plug. This makes the product difficult to place in the home. It is truly a useless product unless the purchaser has a USB port nearby and feels like downloading with your phone the install booklet and the cleaning booklet. Truly a waste of time and a waste of money. Do not purchase.

Product stopped working after 6 months. Exchanges 27 emails and fobbed off with ‘technical team investigating’. Only to be told that this ‘team’ said it is working despite the evidence to the contrary. A joke and a waste of time.

Intussen was mijn “nieuwe” tondeuse bezorgd.
