This site makes it too hard to look up lost and found pets. You should be able to enter the city your in, click submit and review lost and found at the same time. Petkey needs a new website designer. I would not recommend using this site to find your lost pet

Easy to register and received confirmation of registration. Tested registration and happy to say my pet was registered. Registration does take a few days to show up.

After enrolling into PetKey we had not received our tags; upon notification to PetKey this week the customer service lady was very pleasant as she updated our information and re-ordered a new tag for us.

Ordered a new I’d tag for my dog because all of the lettering wore off the old one leaving just a blank tag. The replacement tag is doing the same thing and is only a year old. They are too expensive for only lasting a year.

The were responsive to my correspondence and their material was sent in a very timely matter. I have not lost my dog so I can not say how good their response would be to that.
