I just did everything on line and did not talk to anybody. I just find it excessively expensive compare with other options, so I only signed for one year. I just hope my dogs do not get lost after that. I will have to learn more about other companies and make sure that my vet or whoever puts the chip in is from the company I want. Each of my dogs has a chip with a different provider. I am lost if any of my dogs gets lost.

Simple info will keep my new addition safe if she ever got out. Updating any changes was quick and easy! Thanks

Petkey does a great job helping people in the area know if there is a dog lost and where they were last seen. Makes me feel good that people will be looking for my dog if anything happens to him!

I have no issues with this company. Hopefully i will never need to use it. However, my sons dog dissapeared in 2011 when he was just two years old. It wasnt until 2016 that I received a call from the Santa Monica Animal Shelter that he had been found at the Santa Monica Pier during the Labor Day weekend of 2016. He’d been gone for five years and found 54 miles away from his home! He was in poor condition & covered head to toe with hotspots & fleas. He also has a large cataract covering his right eye, and his left ear showed signs of a chronic ear infection. As bad as that sounds he appeared to be in good heath. He has been back with me now for 20 months. It took me 8 months to cure his entire body of hot spots & fortunately he has remained healthy. Had Milo not have a microchip we would have never seen him again. He is such a happy dog & very cute (1/2 Cocker Spaniel & 1/2 Cavalier King Charles). I have included his current picture💕
