My Animal Control Services agency couldn't find them in the known list of microchip providers. He added them, and my puppy's microchip number.

The website is very easy to use and navigate. In moments of stress, like when one is missing a pet, simple things can feel challenging and I appreciated Pet Key's quick activation, neighborhood alert, and the ability to make lost pets fliers.

Great service that should be used by every pet owner. Easy to register any pet.

I paid for a tag for my dog and haven’t received it. Would like to receive it but if not then refund the amount I paid for it.

I have been very fortunate that I haven’t had to use it. Seems much easier and more cost effective than the one on my other dog.

I've been billed. Payment was processed but as yet have not received my order. Still waiting. Update: Promptly received a follow up message and all was received as promised. Turned out my order was already in the mail when I received the survey.
