Got my BC chipped at pet expo in Novi, MI. Called this winter and the got her registered and called back to insure all was working. Great job and glad they provide this great service.

the agent i talked to was friendly. just wandering why the pendant of my puppy arrived first then after two weeks the ID came via post mail. the quality of the items (pendant and ID) were really good.

I appreciated receiving a renewal notice via email and promptly paid a lifetime membership. I continued to receive notices and was concerned my renewal wasn't noted. I phoned and was assured by a very pleasant young man that our membership was credited and promptly received email verification. Very nice young man.

I am disappointed with the extra $15 charged for what is just a flimsy dog tag, and a rather cheap and oversized one at that. Did you ever send away for something as a kid (like sea monkeys) and get a packet of brine shrimp in the mail? I would consider this experience very much akin to that. A feeling of being totally duped.
