I had several questions, so I called your number and was able to speak with a lovely woman who answered my questions.

I was updating a registration which required the rep to call another person. I was amazed how quickly they got it done and the same person called me back-friendly, helpful and efficient!

You keep referring to my cat by the wrong name and I sent at least 2 emails. I have nothing more I can contribute

Just enrolled our newly adopted cat. The website was easy to navigate and the enrollment process easy. The cost was very reasonable. I am confident Pet Key will help our cat get home if he ever gets out of the house and found.

I like it so far. Haven’t had a problem with the pet key at this point and time. I’m enjoying this item.

I ordered the name tag and harness at Petkey, great selection and customer service. I ordered a small harness but it was too big for my puppy and they just sent me another one with different size smaller at no charge. I love them!!!
