True Story: Shortly after we adopted our little guy I went to the website and going trough the options I selected becoming a member and paid the amount required. I received a call stating the amount was paid by Petland and the payment was refunded. No way I would have known that, so that was an act of kindness.

Easy setup! The account setup and product selection was quick and easy. When we encountered a question, customer service was extremely helpful and friendly getting us back on track. Our product arrived on time and was exactly as described. We would use PetKey in the future. Thank you!

I was lost on how to register the microchip but it was simple to do with the step by step instructions. I never let him roam, in fact I am always outside with him when he is outside but things happen we never imagine and what if one day he got away from me because I can't run as fast as he can? I ordered a tag to put on his collar for extra security just so if he ever got away, anyone who finds him can call me immediately. It is worth the piece of mind knowing he is chipped and has his tag. Thanks PetKey for making it so easy even this not so computer smart grandma can do it!
