Still haven't found my dog

We haven't had the experience of having a lost pet as of yet but to be safe, we did have our new dog chip embedded just in case he ever gets out. We think this is a great idea and one most if not all pet owners should use to be safe. You never know when your pet will escape (chuckle) but he or she does, the chip will help have them returned to you if they are picked up.

There are multiple websites from which a pet owner can choose to register the pet's Microchip#.and name. I finally chose PetKey since I wanted a LIFETIME registration at a reasonable cost versus the normal ONE-YEAR. PetKey offered me a Coupon Code between the first time I checked out their website and the second time a few days later which I used. My purchase included a small aluminum ID tag with MC#; name of my K-9; and my Tel#. It is great to know that by registering the MC#, I have a good chance of locating my German Shepherd, in the event he gets lost or stolen (adopted in July 2020). Knowing I do not have to renew the registration annually is great!

The website is pretty easy to use, and it’s self explanatory. However, my cat is registered with you guys and he’s been missing for about a month and I got further with a lost animals Facebook group than I did with your company. So the site is fine but the product needs some work.

The process of obtaining a new ID tag for my cat was so easy. The kiosk had simple and clear directions. Great tag for the price.
