You didn't purchase any products when you registered your pet with us. You paid for a lifetime registration, but no products are included with that. If you have questions on what you purchased, or want more details, feel free to give me a call at 866-699-3463 X421 and I'll be happy to explain.

It is possible that your Vet or a different registration company included a short term service with your microchip implantation, but it wasn't with us. That is why you were charged for a new registration here at Petkey. If you have questions on that, or the service you have here, please reach out to me at 866-699-3463 x 421 and I will be happy to explain further.
