I just purchased Petkey for my Beagle Bella. The process was seamless, everything was taken care of the same day. I was worried if Bella ever got out of our fenced in yard. she would be long gone, as once the beagle nose kicks in she has a one track mind to find out what all the smells are. I will still worry, but now with the Petkey I know that I have a very good chance she would be found and returned home.

I had to choose the wrong options to get through to someone. After 5 tries I finally got whatever sales person. You don't support existing customers only care about sales it seems based on your phone IVR and no answer on the lines for the appropriate answer
