I really have nothing to compare Pet Key to but I am not very impressed with any part of it. The website looks like it was made by a 12 year old. It’s so basic and poorly designed. Not visually appealing or functional. It’s as basic as you can get. I called customer service a couple of times because I forgot my login info. And both times I had to leave a message. I got a call back the next day. Also not impressive. I guess the real test would be if you lost your pet. How would they assist you in finding it, what sort of support will they provide. I’m not very optimistic judging on what I’ve seen so far. But let’s hope that never happens. Definitely in need of a web designer and some phone support specialists.
