Have not used it yet and hopefully never will.It is comforting to know that help is out there if I ever need it.

What impressed us so very much was the ease of registering our puppy with PetKey, providing us the reassurance that we have provided needed protection to our new family member.

Thanks for keeping our girl, Maggie Celine, safe. She is chipped and now has the beautiful tag to go on her collar. Safety is #1! Love PetKey.

Registration was easy , finding where the information was not so. I had chipped a cat that showed up sick and skinny at a vet visit. After two months the owner was found. Cat had been missing for 5 years! trying to change the information to the real owner was not very easy first just trying to find the correct site then finally had to call a lost pet sit who told me i was looking at the wrong site which was listed on my receipts. After a couple calls and the correct site all is good. I guess first know when the chip is put in thats all the vet does, you need to register it. It's all a bit confusing once you register with whom. Oh well lesson learned.

It's a very in-depth service. I love it!

Pup followed oblivious friend a quarter of a mile to the main road, then was found by P.O. van, which almost hit her-but she's very quick and nimble, so I think the P.O. guy was a little upset. She was taken to the nearest house, and the lady next door to that house took her to the local vet. She was scanned and we got a call from PetKey within the hour after she followed our friend. We were ecstatic. Thank you! (She's "grounded" until her 5th birthday. Just joking...but training is VERY much in progress.) Thank you, PetKey. Fantastic job...
