Melissa You returned the item back to the manufacturer and without a Return Authorization. WE do not normally accept returns like that but we made an exception for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the 20% restocking fee was charged because the manufacturer charges us that for a return. If you would have contacted us before returning the item we could have given you proper directions as stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy page. We outlined everything when we emailed you and I apologize your experience with us was not 5 star. Regards PetFancy Customer Care Edit: We've refunded the 20% restocking fee as well.

A comfort place for our dogs to lie
We had a small rug like this that our 3 dogs always tried to get to before the other. We looked to see if there were any bigger and saw a nice large one. Got it quickly and it's quality. They all are loving it and it looks nice. They are nice to throw in the wash and the back will never peel and make a mess. They are very nice rugs and the company really did a nice job of getting it to us fast. Thank you.

Great Service
Loved the little jackets that I bought my puppies. Went by your size chart and it was perfect. Received them sooner than the shipping days stated. Great service. I will be buying from you again.

Customer service impressive!
When Sophie's harness arrived it was too large, I ordered based on the measuring table. It was an issue because she and I were leaving to go out of town, and I needed to correct size by the following Thursday. So customer service expedited shipping at no charge to me, and sent me the next size down. They also included a return shipping label. Thanks for doing this, her safety is a priority. Also, just a side note, I have two trucks, a 1997 GMC Sierra that I owned since it was new, and a 2014 Yukon. The seat belts in the '97 require an extension, the '14 Yukon has belts that are much longer, so it doesn't need a seat belt extension. Sophie is a larger dog, so requires a longer seat belt than smaller dogs.
