My order was marked as "processing" for over a week. No response or information. Made phone call to see where my order was and was sent to an anonymous voice mail. I was never given any good explanations on where my order was or why it was late. Eventually it did arrive, unexpected, in time for Christmas. I would not do business with them again.

Placed an order in late March/early April and it was backordered. Only found that out after contacting Pet Fancy in June after not receiving the order. Was told they would be in stock in July and that I had already been notified. Received 'notification' hours after the convo. Received the package in early August. Was told that all customers waiting on this product would receive a 10% discount for the wait. Still haven't received that.

We apologize for the delays in sending you the product, however we give out estimates as we're told by the manufacturer. We sent out multiple emails in regards to the product delays. We've also processed your 10% discount.

Toni We apologize that you had a bad experience with us. The fact of the matter is, shipments may come from different parts of the country depending on inventory levels. So the fact that you are upset that your order came from the east coast and not the west, is a bit irrational since you also received your order in a timely manner. I placed my order in mid-October. They notified me that the item was backordered. On December 7 I emailed to cancel the order. Two weeks later I rec'd it; the package was postmarked Dec. 18. I am now waiting for a Return Authorization.

I placed an order on 20 Dec 2014. Shipping was free but I would have preferred an option to receive it more quickly. They shipped via FedEx smart post. FedEx picks it up from the shipper and eventually delivers it to a US post office for delivery. I was just notified that I would receive my package on 7 Jan 2015. The item was for Christmas and I would have ordered from another site and paid more if I would have known how long it would take to get it from Pet Fancy. If receiving your items in a reasonable timeframe is important, shop elsewhere.

Hi GeeGee We apologize for your shopping experience with us.I want to shed some light on your order. You placed an order on Saturday the 20th for a product that was clearly marked as "On Backorder". We received our shipment on the 24th, Christmas Eve, and shipped out your order that day. With two major holidays and weekends and shipping package across the countries in the winter, yes there may be delays which we cannot control. We do ship Smartpost for some packages as we state on our shipping/delivery page, but also ship with faster services at our cost. I hope that helps explain things a bit.
