Honest people running this site! I searched high and low for 2 dog beds for my Cairns and found a deal too good to be true. After I ordered I noticed that the price doubled (a misprint on their site) but they still honored my order. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I paid for priority shipping. Took over a week to receive my package. Was not happy.

Hi Caryl I apologize it took so long for you to receive your package. We shipped out your order within two days as you can see in the tracking number provided. Sometimes however packages can get lost with the carrier, which we have no control over. You also received free ground shipping but we upgraded you to priority mail. Again we apologize for the delay.
